The Need
The customer’s web application enables users to track and process claims securely. The goal was to design an automation framework that could support three distinct versions of the application, each customized for different client configurations. The framework needed to facilitate efficient regression testing across QA, UAT, and Production Support environments while ensuring seamless cross-browser compatibility.
The Challenge
- Regression Testing Across Multiple Environments: All software updates needed thorough regression testing across Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and Production Support.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: The application had to be tested on three different browsers to ensure consistency of user experience.
- Multiple Application Versions: The customer deployed three different versions of the application. Each version was configured differently based on client requirements. All releases required regression testing across all three versions.
